Help with a purchased pack
Reply to your delivery email, or email us with your purchase email, order reference, and a short description of the issue. We handle technical or delivery problems and duplicate charges separately from buyer-entered input errors, which do not include free regeneration.
Do not send card numbers, passwords, or your private PDF download links. For a payment or refund request, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle Buyer Support.
